INTRODUCTION

The 17th World Congress on Dental Traumatology will provide researchers and clinicians throughout the world with the opportunity to present end discuss their investigations. The poster session will be designed from accepted abstracts which will be published on Brazilian Journal of Dental Traumatology. If you are involved in dental trauma research, we urge you to submit an abstract for consideration for presentation until May 20, 2012.

AGREEMENT

Persons submitting an abstract for the 17th World Congress on Dental Traumatology are doing so with the understanding that they must abide by the following policies:

  • You may only present one abstract as a main author.
  • You may appear as a co-author on an unlimited number of abstracts.
  • Presenters do not have to be a member of the IADT.
  • The mode of your abstract presentation will be poster.
  • The official language of the meeting and all communications will be in English.
  • Presenters must agree that any work with human or animal subjects reported in the abstract complies with the guiding principles for experimental procedures found in the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association, and that the research project has been duly cleared by Institutional Review Board (IRB) or institutional Ethics committee or an equivalent ethical body.

REGISTRATION FEES

All presenters are required to pay the appropriate registration fees.

* Membership dues must be paid in full on or before the meeting registration for you to qualify for the member registration fee.

NOTIFICATION

Notification emails will be sent on 2012, June 30 approximately. Please be sure to use a valid, long-term e-mail address when submitting your abstract as this e-mail address will be used for all further communications from the IADT. The accepted abstracts list will be also available at 17th World Congress on this site.

POSTER PRESENTATION SCHEDULE

  • Until 05.20.2012 - Abstract submission
  • 06.30.2012 - Notification of acceptance via email
  • 08.15.2012 to 09.30.2012 - Copy of the posters in the website (if possible)
  • 09.20.2012 to 09.22.2012 - Poster exhibition at the congress
  • 22.09.2012 - Poster presentation at the congress
